Order Confirmation & Final Sale

  • An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Once payment is successfully completed, the order becomes final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

  • By placing an order, customers expressly agree to this No Return & No Exchange Policy.

Important Information

  • All products are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.

  • Size charts are provided on each product page. Customers are strongly advised to review them carefully before placing an order.

  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the rare event that a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for verification.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed package

    • Opening of the package

    • Complete inspection of the product

  • Claims raised without an unboxing video or after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Merchant-Initiated Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order at our sole discretion in cases such as:

    • Pricing or listing errors

    • Stock unavailability

    • Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity

  • If an order is cancelled by us after successful payment, the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method as per our Refund Policy.
