At The Naked, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

  • Any additional charges levied by courier partners or due to address issues are not under our control.

Delivery Address

  • Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

  • Please ensure that the address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate.

  • We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders

  • In case of unexpected delays, we request customers to allow reasonable additional time for delivery.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, strikes, or government restrictions.

Damaged or Incorrect Products During Shipping
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for verification.

  • Claims raised without an unboxing video or after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
